Every other day I hear about people using twitter and benefiting from it. To be frank I have never bothered to use it to my full potential. Twitter and Facebook somehow does not go with me. May be one day I can master this too. I look forward to read more of your posts.

I think Google indexes the profile link, and any people in the "people I follow" box. That's why it spreads page rank about so effectively. Get a Twitter account with even just 300 followers, and it'll be PR4 or 5 within a few months.

Good day,
As far as I understood from different SEO articles, there is only one link in Twitter profile which is indexed by Google. Could you, please, confirm if there are any other possibility/ secret to make more links in Twitter to be visible for search engines.
Thanks in advance.

2M is a drop in the bucket to what twitter really has. its funny to see the differences that google results show when you type Site:twitter.com vs Site:www.twitter.com. Just goes to show how undependable google can be at tiems.

Your recent blog posts brings up some good points but more interesting is how it causes me to re-evaluate my time on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. I have found personally that I enjoy working these sites as well as using then to establish my business. It has been a tool that I can dedicate a little time each day and still produce results. SEO is something that I'm rather new at and certainly enjoying learning more as time goes on. Keep up these great posts, I learn something new every time I read them from various blogs.

That's very interesting. I always get numbers that differ depending on what I use to collect them (ie Google versus my browser's add-on) Thanks for sharing!
