You can tell I am going through a lot of posts on other blogs, and some are just too good not to mention, Michel Fortin has just posted a list of all the tools he uses to manage his business, and exactly why.
I use a few of them myself, but picked up some great sites to check out, especially Wufoo, and I am sick and tired of contact form results ending up in my spam folder on Gmail, despite being sent using my own email address, whitelisting myself, and dragging form results out of the bin multiple times.
