When most people write content, they think about how that content looks in their WYSIWYG editor, and probably in their preview of page contents.
I am sure after publishing, they take a look at their published version of the content.

Pageflakes updated – new look for the Web 2.0 Ajax Desktop
As an example lets look at Alexa
Whilst on the surface it looks like Netvibes are way out in front of their competitors (and in some ways they are), the other services are much younger. Pageflakes (and friends) is catching up with Netvibes, having similar traffic (as per Alexa) to where Netvibes were 6 months ago.

Pageflakes Affiliate Program
One of the affiliate programs I am monetizing my Disclosure Policy Plugin site with is Pageflakes.
The affiliate program is PPA, and thus requires a signup to receive a payment.
You would think that as it is free, and actually quite cool and useful, people who clicked through to take a look might be inclined to signup and give Pageflakes a try, even if they ultimately decided to continue using something else.
