So now people have calmed down a little from their running around like headless chickens leaving comments on every blog they could find that used Dofollow, and then linking through to unrelated content, lets start looking at how to link a little more strategically.
For some this will already be old news, but I feel I have to include this video just to show impartiality when discussing disclosure, paid posts and Jason Calacanis.
I first started to watch on Sunday morning, and as was typical with my connection, even at Podtech’s lowest quality setting, it was watch 10 seconds of video, wait 30 seconds for it to cache some more.
Then for some reason the stream connection broke and didn’t restart. The payer insisted that I start watching from the beginning again – no chance.

It is “down to earth” rather than full of hype (as you would expect from an Irishman), and my first impressions of it are very good (and that is not because I got a mention in the first episode).
Sometimes you make a mistake when blogging and get the facts wrong. How do you follow up with a correction?
I don’t know the exact terminology that press guidelines or rules use, but generally it is something like
An RSS feed which you subscribe to is your personal subscription to a service, just like email.
A private subscription service for text, audio and video content, even involving a paid subscription fee has been possible for more than a year, based upon RSS.
