Product Launch Manager Bonus & Video CDNs

If you have been following the theme of Jeff Walkers Product Launch Manager launch, a large chunk of it is that online marketers often have far more knowledge than they think they do – they just have to go out there and sell it.

Stomper 999 – Stompernet Bonus

Stomper 999 is a strange launch, at least by modern standards in the Internet Marketing Niche.
  • Squeeze page for a couple of weeks
  • A few rumours
  • A few leaks of info after a seminar
  • A few leaks on information after an affiliate conference
  • The shopping cart opened on launch day and THEN they are going to drive home the message with tons more free content
But you can buy now For me Brad's new "Mafia Offer" is a nobrainer but lets look at some of what I heard The new tools package
  • Full version Market Samurai
  • WYSIWYG Taguchi testing (Software as a Service / Hosted - up to 100,000 views free)
  • Shopping cart (some additonal fees apply)
  • Twitter Storm - custom version of People Browser
  • SEO Qast - I think this is a desktop video/article syndication tool
  • Full $97/month version of Traffic Geyser
  • Article Syndication network of 17000 sites
  • SMS/Text IM Twitter Email system
  • PDX system with 800 number webconferencing etc (some additional fees can apply)
  • Review System - not exactly sure, but a way to get reviews on Google local, with cards being sent to clients to fill out, pop in the mail and the details are added to local
    • Plus as far as I know all the current Stompernet training is also available which is really worth thousands of dollars.

Stomper 999 – Why Now Andy?

The reasons I am promoting Stompernet 999 cover a multitude of deep themes within my own blogging, not just SEO and other forms of optimization, but also my future startup, any product I produce in the future, and my desire to help people the best way I can. Somewhere down the list I am also going to mention money but when you do the math, and then look at the way my bonus is structured, I will effectively be creating the closest thing to a J.O.B. I have experienced for the last 8 years.

Keyword Research Nitrous Oxide

If you asked Howie Schwartz what are the key skills that make his business a success, at least one of the answers would be “outsourcing” and another would be automation with effective tools.

Whilst he employs 80 people, he also has a team of 200+ website creation, content development, link building and social media specialists to call upon (native English speakers).

If you can avoid doing all the work yourself, either with automation or outsourcing it is more scalable.

Keyword Titan

Just over a week ago, Todd Hogan the founder of Keyword Titan approached me to see if I would be interested in taking a look at their new Keyword research automation tools.

Trust me, I have spent thousands on various keyword research tools in the past, some of them even still get updated by the authors despite changes in the way data can be pulled from the search engines, many of the services are still in business and even booming, and in many ways I am quite happy with what I already have available.

That being said, time is one of my most valuable commodities (though I tend to not use the resource to it's full potential)

Another problem is grouping

It is fairly easy to group keywords if you are generating them from various root keywords.

{specialty} {profession} {location}

Annulment Attorney in Los Angeles

It is far harder, or at least more time consuming on researched keyword lists.

Keyword Titan Ultimate Challenge

I was already starting to prepare a monetization list to offer as an opt-in bonus, as a companion to Howie's 36 Niche report. I knew he was covering keyword research in his training, along with monetization, but I wanted to help accelerate the success of anyone taking part in his competition, and continuing that into the future.

If you help people achieve results, good things happen.

Keep Startups Simple?

This is something that distracts me from my long-term goals.

Paul Graham of Y-Combinator

Here it is: I like to find (a) simple solutions (b) to overlooked problems (c) that actually need to be solved, and (d) deliver them as informally as possible, (e) starting with a very crude version 1, then (f) iterating rapidly.

I suppose that works for a lot of situations however there can always be complications

  • Google and compensated links
  • Patents - not so much to defend the idea, but for barter
  • Major competition from the likes of Amazon & Ebay
  • Competition from other people in affiliate marketing
  • I am not a programmer

The One Million [blank] Day

In the realm of Internet & Affiliate Marketing, John Reese with his $1,000,000 Day certainly got his name in the history books, and many others have emulated his achievement.

You can start multiplying the number, or adding zeros, but that is rarely as impressive.

The One Million Link Day

One million links from separate legitimate domains owned by different people

A pretty awe inspiring concept

With the right planning and concept, I do think 10,000 is easily possible within one day, 100,000 would take extreme planning.

Counting Links

These things are hard to quantify from external sources. Yahoo reports almost all links, including those with nofollow, and

Hosting Obits

The passing of a loved one is a traumatic experience, and where to post your obits can be a hard decision but it is actually a very important one.

Many of my readers will be familiar with Meg and her Blogpond, but many probably don’t realise she runs a website for online obituaries in Australia.

Exclusive: Blogcatalog vs Technorati? – Sharing The Love & Tagging (nofollow removed)

As most of my readers are no doubt aware, I am a strong supporter of sharing the link love, but I always advocate sharing it in a focused manner, preferably from relevant content or from comments and trackbacks. If you trackback/pingback this blog you receive a reciprocal link between highly relevant content automatically, and not only Google and other major search engines count the links as relevant, but also blogging search engines such as Technorati, though with Technorati it is best to do it on a more recent post.

WOMMA Should Watch Who They Quote And Especially Who They Link To!

I came across an interesting piece on the WOMMA blog that unfortunately falls well short of what you would expect from such an organisation.

As always I am not a lawyer, and this is just for entertainment purposes. I am sure WOMMA have some lawyers though, so they really should take a lot more care with what they state and how they state it.

LinkedIn Invites – LinkedIn Fast Generator Improvements

Unfortunately LinkedIn decided to block this solution because it represented a security risk. There were other alternatives to make things secure, but they decided it was better not to have a free method of connecting with someone you know quickly.

How to Force People to Read Your Comments Policy

As recently shown, people don’t read your terms of service. My stats also show that people don’t read my comments policy before posting a comment. Sometimes I am forced to delete comments from possibly well meaning people who don’t realise that their comment might be looked on as spam .

New Digg Buttons With Wordpress (that don’t work?)

Digg has introduced some new buttons and here is how to use them with Wordpress.

It’s smart enough to detect whether your link is a Digg permalink or a URL and whether or not the content exists on Digg already. If it exists, you’ll get the familiar yellow Digg box with a real-time Digg count to suggest visitors Digg your story. If the story doesn’t exist yet on Digg, the first person to click on the Digg It link will be walked through the submission process.

Disclosure Policy Feedburner Feedflare

For many people, my Disclosure Policy Plugin was looked on as overkill. It seemed all they really wanted was an overall disclosure policy on their site, and to use a link in their sidebar.
Adding something to their feed content was generally looked on as a good idea, but all the additional functionality wasn’t really required.

Pageflakes Affiliate Program

One of the affiliate programs I am monetizing my Disclosure Policy Plugin site with is Pageflakes.

The affiliate program is PPA, and thus requires a signup to receive a payment.

You would think that as it is free, and actually quite cool and useful, people who clicked through to take a look might be inclined to signup and give Pageflakes a try, even if they ultimately decided to continue using something else.

Readers Throwing Money Away

Or maybe it is just me throwing money away by not just including my own selection of ebooks for my best ebooks post recently.

The post brings in search traffic every day, both from blog search and even Google’s main search that could be reading the recommended ebooks from my subscribers, rather than links I suggest.
Currently 7th and 4th on the first page of Google.
It is not bringing in a huge amount of traffic (a few visitors every day), but then it hasn’t been marketed at all yet, and those 2 terms are not highly competitive.

Feedburner Customization

I have just been doing a little rebranding of my Feedburner feeds, especially for their email services.

It was actually something I had overlooked when I first enabled email subscriptions. I had carefully looked at Feedblitz, and decided I didn’t like the way their email subscriptions looked by default, and at the same time, I didn’t really want to pay for all the customised options that would have made using their service worthwhile.

No NoFollow & No-Nofollow.com

The “nofollow” tag prevents (in theory) search engines attributing weight to links for Page Rank. It also in theory prevents them following the link and indexing the content.

Recent proof suggests that this is not necessarily true with Yahoo and as I showed in my original post regarding Google Reader and Splogs, Yahoo can be used to find links to Google Reader Linkblogs.

Exploiting Google Co-op CSE

Google have just launched the Google Co-op Custom Search service.

The initial feedback I have seen from many bloggers is “more of the same”.

Google Co-op is not the same as Google Adsense for Search in many ways, and the new service can be used / abused in ways that Adsense for Search could not. Read more on Exploiting Google Co-op CSE…
